Most requestedEssential groceries — milk, eggs, fresh veggies, canned goods and meat — for families facing food insecurity.

No questions askedDrop-in bread and surplus food, no questions asked, for families with minimal needs or supplementing their hamper.

Good Food Box
Community-wideAffordable boxes of fresh fruit and vegetables, in partnership with the Community Kitchen of Calgary.

For kidsSchool supplies for local kids who can't otherwise attend school with the essentials they need.

SeasonalHoliday hampers including festive essentials and turkey, available to everyone no matter your religion.

Meals on Wheels
Seniors & homeboundNutritious frozen meals delivered to your door, prepared by Calgary Meals on Wheels and delivered by our volunteers.

After The Bell
Food to fill the gap for young people in July and August, when school breakfast and lunch programs aren't available.

Adopt a Family
Each fall we select families to be 'adopted' for Christmas, offering clients a little extra help at what can be a stressful time.

Breakfast Program
A healthy breakfast is important for learning. We provide assistance with the school breakfast program.

Community Garden
Volunteers prepare, plant, maintain, and harvest several gardens throughout the growing season.

Snack Attack
Funding and non-perishable snacks for local schools, sent through Child Development Advisor requests.

Hampers
Perishable and non-perishable foods provided to an average of eight families per week.
